Transport

Getting around London is not only convenient, but it’s part of the tourist experience. Because as you probably already know, there are some iconic ways to get about town. From the red double decker busses to the black hanckey cab, you’ll certainly recognise them when you see them. 

Public transport is operated by  Transport for London (TfL). With an oyster card or contactless payments you can use their trains, underground, bus, light rail and ferry services. You can order the stylish black hackney cabs from The London Cab Company. Or use can go with Uber. 

And finally, another London icon is the Boris Bike. More recently known as  Santander Cycles. You’ll find them all over the city and can be rented with a tap of your contactless card.
