The historic venue opens its doors to the public with a team that has gently modernized the culinary expression with respect for the strong traditions that have prevailed at the place for more than 100 years. Among the new initiatives you will find a petanque court in extension of the dining house anda cozy café, farm shop and assembly hall under the same roof. All this must help to continue Brede Spisehus' heritage as the area's strong gathering place for the local population in all generations. The goal is to create a small "town in the city".
