About the space

In a complex of former art galleries at the canal between Dansaert and Molenbeek, Brussels, our glass-roofed building is an original and affordable place to host your events.

With over 300 m2 of space and a multitude of different rooms, we can facilitate almost anything from music events, to book fairs, conferences or art exhibits.

What we offer you:

  • The Patio
    • 75 m2 of light and open space under a glass roof
      Capacity: 50 people
      € 500,- a day
  • The Square
    • Adjoined to the patio, this 55m2 room sports a wooden floor and vintage furniture
      Capacity: 30 people
      € 350,- a day
  • The Gallery
    • A room of 75 m2, the Gallery is light, has an industrial vibe, and has built in desks, which makes it perfect for workshops
      Capacity: 40 people
      € 450,- a day
  • Meeting rooms
    • Furnished with a meeting room table, comfortable office chairs and a whiteboard. A large computer screen for presentations can be rented separately
      Capacity: 3 – 6 people
      € 85,- a day

All spaces can be combined according to you needs.

We offer bar service, coffee and tea, WiFi, sound equipment and 50 chairs.

  • Less than 13 days to the event: no refund will be applicable
