Receiving quotes from our AV partners is free. For confirmed bookings, Spacehuntr charges a platform fee of 2% of the total invoice (minimum €129.00).
We (virtually) meet each of our virtual event partners to discuss the type of services they offer, verify client testimonies and ensure that their values are in line with Spacehuntr’s and our clients. Not only do these mechanisms verify the quality of our virtual event partners, but they function as invaluable feedback we can analyse to improve our future events. This is a continuous process: we evaluate all suppliers after each event.
We love physical events.
